Refund policy

All products are printed on demand, made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.

We know. It's a lot of responsibility. Check the size guide.

What we do cover:

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will replace it or refund it. No hassle. Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery to support@gruntledshirts.com and we'll sort it out faster than you can say "this shirt is objectively incredible."

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate and replace or refund as appropriate. We take lost shirts personally.

What we don't cover:

  • Wrong size ordered. The size guide exists. We put it there. We believe in you and you let us down.
  • Colour variation. Screens and fabric do not always agree. This is a fabric issue, not a us issue. We don't make the rules of light.
  • Buyer's remorse. You bought a shirt from Gruntled Shirts. You knew exactly what you were doing.
  • Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address. Put your real address in. Your real one.

How to contact us: Email support@gruntledshirts.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We respond within 2 business days, usually faster, occasionally slower if something has gone wrong at our end and we are dealing with it.
