Shipping policy
Every order is printed on demand, which means production begins after you place your order. Please factor this into your expectations, your plans, and your general relationship with time.
Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships. This is not negotiable with us. We've tried. Production just stares back.
Shipping times after production:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days, sometimes longer depending on customs, vibes, and geopolitical events that are frankly above our pay grade
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If it says delivered and it isn't, check with your neighbours, your building management, and anyone else who might have intercepted a package containing a shirt that is frankly too good for them anyway.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays once the order has shipped
- Packages delayed or held in customs
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout — please double check before ordering, we cannot stress this enough, we have seen things
- Acts of God, acts of Canada Post, or acts of anyone acting in a way that is genuinely unreasonable
International orders: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over what your country decides to charge you for the privilege of receiving a very good shirt. Take it up with your government, not us.
Production and shipping are handled by our print partner. Once your order leaves the facility, delivery timelines are in the hands of the carrier and whatever mood the universe is in that week.
