By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We'll keep it brief because nobody reads these and we respect that about you. We barely read it ourselves.

The store: This website is operated by Gruntled Shirts. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products, prices, and policies at any time without notice. We will try to be reasonable about this. Reasonableness is a core value here, alongside shirts.

Products: All products are printed on demand. Colours, sizing, and placement may vary slightly from product images due to the nature of the printing process and the longstanding disagreement between screens and fabric that neither side shows any interest in resolving. Product mockups are representative, not exact. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If you already placed an order, your price is locked in. Obviously. We're not monsters.

Orders: Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production. This means we cannot cancel or modify orders once confirmed. Please double check your size, your address, and your general life choices before completing checkout. We say this with love.

Intellectual property: Our designs, logo, and brand assets are our property. Don't use them without asking. If you want to collab or license something, email support@gruntledshirts.com instead of just taking stuff. We're friendly. We will probably say yes.

Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We make shirts. Extraordinary shirts, but shirts nonetheless. We are not responsible for what you do while wearing them.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Alberta jurisdiction because that's where we are and we're not flying anywhere to argue about a shirt. A very good shirt, but still.
